Exclusivity is among our subscribers, not over the data: permits are public records and anyone can read the city's feed. It runs quarter to quarter, use it or lose it; a lapsed or cancelled plan releases its zips.

- What is a territory?
- What one public feed covers: Miami-Dade County and Manatee County are counties; Cape Coral, Port St. Lucie and Orlando are cities, sold as cities. We never sell a county a feed does not reach.
- What does “exclusive” mean?
- Exclusive among our subscribers: while your plan is active, no other subscriber in your trade receives those zips from us, up to 8 per plan. The permits themselves are public records and anyone can read the city's feed; what you are buying is a place on our list, not the data. Exclusivity runs quarter to quarter, use it or lose it: a lapsed or cancelled plan releases its zips.
- Which territories publish zip codes?
- Cape Coral and Manatee County put a zip on nearly every row. Port St. Lucie publishes coordinates and no zip, so we place each row in the 2020 Census ZIP Code Tabulation Area it falls in, which approximates the USPS zip. Miami-Dade, the City of Miami and Orlando publish neither, so exclusive zips are sold only where a feed can tell one zip from another.
- Annual pricing?
- Monthly only for now; an annual price appears here when it exists.
- Who can subscribe?
- Licensed contractors only. A DBPR licence check for the trade you pick is planned for when checkout opens, and is not built yet. Owners named in public records are never contacted by us.
- When is the card charged?
- Checkout is not open. During the pilot nothing is charged and no card is taken; you get one email with the date before anything changes.
